  • Website usage. Analytics and advertising information, only where you have accepted the relevant cookies. Our lawful basis is consent.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We share it with the suppliers who help us operate:

  • Stripe, which processes payments.
  • Google, for our email and for website analytics.

How long we keep it

We keep membership records for as long as you are a member and for six years afterwards, which is the period we need for tax and for defending any legal claim. Enquiries that do not become memberships are deleted within two years. Health information you have given a coach is deleted when your membership ends, or sooner if you withdraw your consent.
